Insurance Changes
We have two big changes to announce. We are now in network with Regence and happy to bill accordingly. You will still want to look into your specific acupuncture benefits before your first appointment.
Second, we are no longer able to accept Cigna. We had to make the difficult decision to exit the Cigna network. We are happy to provide a superbill to submit to Cigna for possible reimbursement.
*We are in network with most major insurance companies. If you have any questions about your insurance and wether it covers acupuncture don’t hesitate to reach out to us.

Our Services
Traditional Acupuncture
Acupuncture is a traditional medical technique that has been utilized for more than 5000 years. It is a wholistic form of medicine meaning that it treats the whole person not just signs and symptoms. Acupuncture works by placing needles on specific points of the body to unblock Qi and restore the body to balance. When the body is balanced, qi flows freely and a person is healthy. When a person is sick or injured there is an obstruction of qi. The body has an amazing ability to heal itself. Acupuncture assists the body in this healing process, promoting an optimal state of balance and well-being.

Signature Acupuncture Facial
A natural and wholistic approach to facials, we combine traditional and facial acupuncture, cupping, and gua sha with cutting edge microcurrent therapy to create a treatment focused on whole body health and balance while leaving the skin looking fresh and radiant. Microcurrent utilizes low level electricity to trigger chemical reactions at a cellular level. It stimulates production of collagen and elastin, leaving the skin looking firm and smooth. Microcurrent also stimulates cellular renewal improving skin damage whether from sun or acne. It’s a perfect compliment to the benefits of acupuncture. If your looking for a non-surgical approach to looking younger, this is the treatment for you. For optimal results, 10 treatments should be administered over a two and a half week period, then a single maintenance session every 60-90 days. Of course, we can always adjust depending on people's needs.
1st Session - $175
Return Session - $130

What to Expect at Your First Appointment
For your first acupuncture appointment, you are asked to arrive 10-15 minutes early to complete the patient registration paperwork. The paperwork is available for download below if you would like to fill out ahead of time. Wear loose-fitted clothing and eat within one hour of your appointment time to ensure maximum comfort during your session. The first acupuncture session normally lasts 1 1/2 hours. During the first half of the session we will discuss any present health concerns you may have and will complete a detailed intake of your health history. After the intake, we will create a personalized treatment plan for reaching your health goals and you will receive an acupuncture treatment. This consists of using hair fine needles to stimulate specific points that have been selected for you as a result of the information collected in the interview process. The acupuncture needles used in this practice are sterilized needles that are not reused. Most patients consider acupuncture to be very relaxing and painless. You may feel a brief sensation like an ache, heaviness, or warmth but this almost always subsides within a few seconds. In addition to acupuncture, massage, Chinese herbal medicine, nutrition, and exercise advice may be given. Return acupuncture visits are typically 1 hour.
